Files and local conversion
Documents, images, video, and audio are processed on your device. Hawelha does not upload file contents to a conversion server. The Android document picker gives access to files you select. A file provider you choose may access cloud files under its own settings. The app does not request broad storage access.
Storage and deletion
The app stores converted files in its internal storage and uses temporary storage during conversion. Temporary files are removed on completion, cancellation, or failure where possible. Delete results from My files or clear the app data in Android settings. Uninstalling normally removes internal app files; copies saved elsewhere must be deleted separately. Keep originals and save copies of outputs you wish to retain.
Sharing at your request
When you choose to share, open, or save a copy, Android gives the selected application or destination access to that file. That destination handles it under its own policy. Hawelha does not publish your files automatically or provide a public sharing network.
Advertising and technical data
The app uses Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform. Advertising services may collect and share IP addresses that can indicate approximate location, app and ad interactions, diagnostic and performance information, and device identifiers such as the advertising ID and app set ID. These data support advertising, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, and security. Google services encrypt data in transit. Local file processing does not mean that advertising data is not collected.
Privacy choices
A consent message may appear depending on your region and Google service settings. Ad privacy options are available in Settings when required by the provider. You can also manage the advertising ID in Android settings. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily stop every data operation needed to deliver or protect ads.
Accounts and support
Hawelha does not require an account or provide a registration form collecting a name, email address, or password. If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send, and use them to respond and follow up. Send only what is needed for the issue. You may request deletion of support correspondence at the same address, subject to applicable retention obligations.
Service provider retention
Advertising data is subject to the retention periods and controls described in Google policies. Deleting a local file or uninstalling the app does not automatically delete data held by Google. hitbones does not operate an account server or central archive of conversion files, and the app has no control that deletes advertising provider records.
Children
The app is not designed specifically for children. If you believe a child sent personal information to us in a support email, contact us so we can address the request.

Subscription and payments
An optional monthly subscription removes ads. Google Play processes payment, renewal and cancellation and shows the local price before purchase. We do not receive your card details. The app reads subscription ownership and the signed purchase receipt, and keeps a local verification cache for up to 24 hours of offline access. The app does not send the receipt to a Hitbones server. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play; uninstalling or clearing app data does not cancel it.
